Abstract
The lifecycle for a service provider (SP) to launch a new service or tariff plan often requires months of planning and testing, which can result in high costs for the SP. In order to address such issues, the combination of an ontology algorithm and a large language model (LLM) are proposed herein to provide for the ability to generate network configurations.
